My daughter made a clock face for me which is adorable. During a move, the hands of the clock became bent beyond repair. I bought this kit and now it is right as rain. Was not difficult to put in either.

Perfect!!! Had to do some shopping for a center shaft that was long enough to fit through the custom clock I made....but I found the right one!! Love it!!
